During an event today, Twitter announced a new subscription service called Super Follow. Super Follows will allow users to gain access to exclusive content and more for just $4.99/month. Twitter hasn’t yet specified a release date for the new service, but their stock is up 3.71% to $74.59 following the announcement.
An introductory screen to the feature shows users what to expect: a supporter badge, subscriber-only newsletters, exclusive content, deals & discounts, and community access. Exclusive content can either be standard Tweets, Fleets, and Audio Chats.
