Apple has been working on a new pair of headphones for some time now. The new headphones are rumoured to be over-ear, noise-cancelling, and will have the Apple branding. Leaker Jon Prosser, who has been on fire for his pretty accurate leaks this past month, has given some new information about these new headphones. He says they are Apple’s version of Bose NC 700 headphones, one of the best noise-cancelling headphones on the market, are expected to cost around $350 and are being targeted to launch at WWDC this year.
Along with this, he also tweeted info about the alleged AirPods Pro Lite, rumours of which started floating this year. He says they’ll be a pair of earphones targeted for sports and running, like the Beats X. He expects them to be out around September/October and says they’ll cost around $200. Apple has also been selling Beats products at upto 40% off for employees to possibly clear out the inventory ahead of the launch of their new products.
