Every New Widget in iOS 15

Apple has unveiled iOS 15, with major improvements notifications, a new Focus Mode, updates to Messages, FaceTime, Photos, Weather, Wallet, Maps and other significant new features. The update also includes improvements to widgets and new widgets, too.

Users on iPhone and iPad will get new widgets for the following Apple apps:

  • App Store
  • Apple TV
  • Find My
  • Contacts
  • Game Center
  • Mail
  • Sleep

Smart Stacks can also be re-ordered right from the home screen, while Apple has updated the default layout to include widgets from apps you use the most in dedicated Smart Stacks. Intelligent widget suggestions automatically display widgets when you’re most likely to use them.

In iPadOS 15, Apple now allows users to place widgets anywhere on the Home Screen. It has also made larger widgets specially for the iPad, such as the bigger Photos and Shortcuts layouts.
