Apple to release iOS 13.0 on September 19th, 13.1 update coming days after

In a Press Release published today, Apple has announced that the iOS 13 update will be released to all compatible devices on September 19th. In addition to this, users will be able to download iOS 13.1 on September 30th, that will bring more new features.

This means that Apple will be shipping the new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.0 as standard. The iPad 7th-generation will also be shipping with iPadOS 13.

The move comes after Apple ended the iOS 13 beta cycle by releasing 13.1 updates to developers and public beta testers. It ended up with a lot of confusion, and now Apple has clarified the decision to do this.
