
Apple has released minor updates to iOS 12 and iOS 14, one week after making iOS 14.5 available to the public.
iOS 14.5.1 fixes a bug with App Tracking Transparency that caused the slider in Settings to be disabled for some users. It also includes important security fixes, Apple says.
This update fixes an issue with App Tracking Transparency where some users who previously disabled Allow Apps to Request to Track in Settings may not receive prompts from apps after re-enabling it. This update also provides important security updates.
iOS 12.5.3 is also available for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and older iPads and contains important security fixes as well.
The updates are rolling out now. You can update to the new software in Settings > General > Software Update.
