Apple has resolved an issue resulting in many people not being able to access the order status page on the online Apple Store.
Many customers were met with error messages claiming that “orders are not available at this time” when trying to track their iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro orders (they’re expected to arrive tomorrow).
The company confirmed that the outage was due to the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro shipment status being updated. The online Apple Store is now working as expected again.
