The watchOS 7.2 beta that was released earlier today seemingly confirms this, stating that Apple Fitness+ was new along with cardio fitness levels and braille keyboard support.
Apple announced Fitness+ at its September event and said it will be available before the end of the year. Fitness+ will let Apple Watch users keep fit through guided workouts, which also sync to Apple TV and view your workout metrics. It’s priced at $9.99 a month and included with the highest tier of the Apple One bundle.
