An issue with Apple Card is affecting users on Amazon, who are complaining that their saved Apple Card payment details have disappeared and cannot make payments with the card.
First bought up on Reddit, Amazon is having difficulties with accepting Apple Card as a payment method on the platform. Users report that is was previously working up until today. The retailer is displaying a message saying “We’re sorry, we weren’t able to save your credit card information.”
Amazon has told us that they ‘are aware of the issue’ and are working on resolving it.
