Amazon is rolling out a smart home dashboard to its Fire HD tablets

Amazon is adding a dashboard for viewing and controlling smart home devices on select Fire Hd tablets.

The feature, which will roll out in updates today, will be accessible through a Smart Home button on the Device Dashboard, according to ZDNet. It can also be accessed from the Lock Screen and the navigation bar.

Smart Home will work with Amazon Fire 7 (2019), Amazon Fire HD 8 (2018), Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019). The feature will transform the company’s tablets into home dashboards where you’ll be able to manage devices connected to your network.
