2021 iPad Mini might be its last

Lately, Apple has been rumored to be testing a foldable iPhone. Well it definitely isn’t a suprise as almost every tech company has tried making one, some have fairly succeeded like the Samsung Galaxy Fold, and some have had ridiculous attempts such as the Royole FlexPai.

Recently, MyDrivers, a chinese tech reporting site, suggested that Apple may eventually replace the iPad Mini with a foldable iPhone that comes with stylus support. It could be an Apple Pencil or maybe something new. A few schematics have been provided below.

It is rumored to have quite an impressive aspect ratio as the screen will allegedly measure between 7.3 to 7.6 inches.

While it isn’t sure when this would happen, some say it could be as soon as next year while some say it would be in 2023. Even Jon Prosser stated it to be around 2022 in a YouTube video.

But unfortunately these are all rumors and haven’t been confirmed by Apple yet. It would be very exciting to see Apple’s take on foldable phones but it definitely shouldn’t be at the cost of the iPad Mini.
