NeuralCam brings Night Mode to 2020 iPhone SE in latest update

NeuralCam has added support for the new iPhone SE, announced in April, in the latest update to the app that brings the version to 2.2.

The update takes advantage of the A13 Bionic chip found in the device and brings full resolution Night Mode to the front and back cameras. NeuralCam has been around since 2019 and supports most iPhones, bringing Night Mode to phones that don’t support it.

Whilst the iPhone SE has a brilliant camera for the $399 price, one major flaw is the lack of Night Mode, which Apple only includes on the pricier iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Max. NeuralCam uses stacked shots and the A13 chip to enhance images taken in the dark.

NeuralCam is temporarily discounted to $2.99 and can be purchased from the App Store.
